Our goal is that those participating in our courses become more successful in their everyday communication situations. Their repertoire of methods will be more productive so that they can be confident and expressive but at the same time attentive and empathic communication partners in various situations.
We are committed to developing our programme according to the expressed needs taking into consideration the interests of our Clients. We have no “ready-made” training courses. The development of our all works is preceded by careful professional preparation, interviews, consultations, surveys and on-site experiments.
Our real method is eclecticism. We experiment bravely and continuously. Whether they are the elements of sport, art or drama. As we combine the newer methods with the existing ones, we also test them continually. So we apply the most appropriate one in all of our developments.
IN WHAT FIELDS?
We usually carry out our work in two fields focusing on human communication.
One of them is the development of individual efficiency which has a close relationship with the profound study of our skills and ourselves, for example by identifying and managing forces keeping back the decision or performance.
The other field is the development of organisational and leadership effectiveness. And of course, the eternal dilemma when the leader should say “Forward” and when he/she should say “Follow me”. This field requires the leaders and us to be up-to-date, adapt to a world changing with lightning speed, whether it is about new knowledge or the treatment of people. According to our experience, two basic criteria determine the efficient operation of an organisation: the human factors such as behaviour and communication and such material conditions as the joint presence of structure, leadership systems, processes and/or technology.
During our work, we typically support the development of organisations from the side of human factors cooperating with the process, system and other technological developers.

...TO STAY IN TOUCH
A course developing assertive communication and relationship skills. Our relationships are vulnerable. The important ones are even so. It is not always easy to communicate considering the interests and aspects of others, be empathic, but remain self-endorsing – however, the maintenance and care of good relationships are essential in all areas of our lives. Assertive communication can be studied and developed. Learning it will simplify the activation of relationship skills belonging to private life and work, the management of conflicts and to stay in a good relationship despite the difficulties.
This course serves to exercise assertive communication. From everyday life situations to the fantasy we can try ourselves in different areas. It becomes essential how we see or display our own communication solutions in these situations. On these occasions, we can receive confirmation, ask for advice and help in a safe and controlled environment. We can practice and develop freely. During the course, the joint work twines around different practices every time. Between the meetings, it is an excellent opportunity to try and observe the effect of a change in personal communication.
DO I USE TIME OR OTHERS?
The management of our time is the question of managing our lives and success. It is the question of how we let others control our time and life. The program focuses on time management in unconventional ways from the side of communication. From the balance between self-endorsement and the communicational patterns of cooperation. How does our behaviour affect our time management? And how does our time management affect our behaviour? How do we take up much of others’ time and how do others take up much of ours? Why are we rather weak when it comes to saying no? We inspect these questions during the program while we effectively manage the time devoted to this.
As a coach, we must help the participating person as a “catalyst” to reach their objective set in their business or private life with their own natural skills. We support them to identify and remove those obstacles which hinder them from doing so. The other side of success is that the participant is willing to do anything to reach a new, unusual solution.
DEAR ME, I LEAD!
Success expected in everyday life is brought by the leadership development practice where leadership, communication, motivation and the management of conflicts are built forming a system along close links and dynamic leadership practice. The course does not merely offer “leadership tools” taking into account the given person, but it helps to find the communication style and leadership behaviour adjusted to the role. Its embedding in common work customs and safe application are the primary task of the programme.
We typically approach the development of organisations from the side of communication and human factors, too. We consider organisations as the dynamic tissue of the organisational and leadership culture as a primary token of value. We strengthen this tissue with our work which is the manifestation of the behaviours of those working in it. Our goal is to embed people, the process, the system and other technological developments successfully in the existing tissue which is then able to adapt to the changes.
